Frederic Robinson Limited, independent family brewers, currently have the following opportunities:-

Payroll & Personnel Administrator
The role will assist the Personnel Manager with the day to day running of both the payroll and personnel functions with the purpose being to provide an effective and efficient support service.

This role has dual responsibilities with the primary responsibility being to prepare and process all payrolls. The successful candidate must have a comprehensive and practical knowledge of tax tables and N.I. operating procedures and all other legal required payroll activities. You must possess the knowledge and ability to assume full responsibility for the payroll function upon retirement of the present job holder. The payroll operation is fully computerised using the Earnie 32 payroll system.

Ideally you should have a good understanding of industrial relations and have experience in all areas normally associated with personnel and possess a good understanding of current and emerging legislation with an aptitude for translating legal developments into practice.

Exceptional organisational and administrative skills and the ability to manage the integrated payroll/personnel database are essential.

Chartered Architect
The Architects Department is responsible for the maintenance and development of the Company’s estate which extends from the Lake District down to Staffordshire and from North Wales over to the Peak District.

We are looking for an experienced Architect who is self motivated and enthusiastic to join the department to work on a variety of licensed and un-licensed properties within the Company’s estate including refurbishment, alterations and new build projects.
