Location

Mottram in Longdendale is approximately 5 miles east of Hyde and 5 miles south east of Ashton under Lyne. It is a short distance from the end of the M67. It is a semi rural setting and is dominated by its historic eleventh century church. It is a very pleasant part of the world and many of the residents commute to Manchester.
