Location

Marple is a suburban community which has been absorbed into the Stockport conurbation. It lies approx 3 miles from Stockport and has its own commercial and shopping area. The Hatters sits near to the centre the village, but just far enough away not to be classed as a town pub. There are shops and offices nearby, however the main customer base in from locals. There is ample on street parking nearby.
 

Description

This is a quaint terraced pub that has a great outside appearance. The leaded glass windows and floral displays present a well kept image.. There is a food offer here and there are approx 30 covers. The food is of good quality and is available at lunchtime. The food is served from a small but well equipped kitchen. This pub has a great ‘feel’. It can be classed as a community local but it does benefit from destination food business at lunchtimes.

It is a relatively small pub with a central bar and small cosy rooms. There is an attractive patio area to one side and a smoking area on the other. The fixtures and fittings and decor are in good condition
