Pilling is a village and civil parish within the Wyre Borough of Lancashire, England. It is 6.5 miles (10.5 km) north-northeast of Poulton-le-Fylde, 9.4 miles (15.1 km) south-southwest of Lancaster and 14.5 miles (23.3 km) northwest of Preston, in a part of the Fylde known as Over Wyre. Description |
This is an attractive stand alone, stone built house, that is very visible and easy to locate. There is a large car park to the side (50 cars). There is also a large bowling green off the car park which has its own club. The green is available for hire and visitors to use. The entrance to the pub from the car park is via a patio area into the main lounge. There is another entrance into the pub on the other side of the building into the games room.
