How much will it cost me?
That depends on the size of the pub, its location and the furniture/fittings you will be purchasing. Typical 'ingoing' costs can range from £12,000 to £40,000 comprised of: Bond + stock at value + fixtures and fittings. Typical rents payable bi-weekly by Direct Debit.
How much can I expect to earn?
That is entirely up to you. Because it really is your own business. It will depend on the size of the pub, its location, the services you offer and the events you run etc. So the moe effort you put in, the more money you can take out.
